"First of all, huge thanks to the staff. Every single one of them is so welcoming, attentive and they all have a huge smile on their face. They are always ready to help with tips and tricks about attractions. The view from the hotel is stunning. You can watch all the balloons from the garden, no need to go anywhere else. Hotel is located very centrally, important areas are just a short drive away. Moniq Restaurant is definitely one of the top ones in Cappadocia! Definitely recommended."

"Needed some warm air on a cold day. The heater on the gazebo area was turned on for one side but when I requested for more heaters (I just needed help turning on the portable standalone one) , I was told to just sit on the heated side. I didn’t think it would have been much effort for them to turn on additional heater….. oh well maybe it’s a communication problem."

"In the photos of the hotel it looks like it’s a good view of the hot air balloons over Göreme but our room didn’t see this as they were further to the left most days so covered by the other hotels / position on the cliff was slightly right. We stayed in goreme first so we didn’t mind too much as we had seen the balloons lots."
