"We absolutely loved this hotel and its in a stunning location. We arrived by bike having cycled a long way in the rain and the staff welcomed us at the door with ginger tea and a towel, and waved off when we left the next day which was such a lovely feeling. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious with so much choice. We also enjoyed the pool facilities, table tennis and the laundry was a big bonus for us mid-way through a bike-packing trip. My only wish is we could have stayed longer."

"Amazing hotel in the middle of the national park, very welcoming for children - workshops, amazing kids club and facilities in the room. Amazing breakfast! The hotel itself is stunning, jacuzzi overlooking the valley, views, everything new and fancy. The trails near the hotel were stunning, loads of monkeys everywhere, DIY workshops everyday and happy hours. Overall we had the best time at this super pretty and unique resort."

"Unfortunately there were construction going on in the park so going in and out the hotel by car was possible only every 2 hours, very inconvenient but hopefully it will be finished soon. Another small issue is that all the amazing facilities have a relatively early closing time - the kids club (that contains also adult games such as a pool table, ping pong etc) is closed by 9pm, the jacuzzi and pool by 10pm, and the bar is open for 1 hour 8-9pm, also no restaurant options during the evening besides the buffet."

"Lovely hotel in Taroko gorge. Although everything is still closed due to 2024 earthquake, and there are specific times for coming in and out, the hotel is comfortable and is relaxing. Good food at dinner and breakfast buffet."

"This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The pool is absolutely breathtaking—it’s wonderful to swim while enjoying the view of the mountains. The room is beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the bed is exceptionally good."

"Unfortunately many trails are close because of the last big hearthquake. But the landscape around is fantastic and the hotel personell organize very nice activities that make the time fly."

"The location is stunning, the room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. The food (buffet dinner) was great. And the activities are a bonus- we tried yoga, and enjoyed an unforgettable visit to the Xibao Forest School. Staying at this special hotel was a delight. The recent typhoon and 2004 earthquake has closed many walking trails, but there’s still plenty to learn and experience here."

"Really pleasant stay! Perfect location, clean environment, great atmosphere. The hotel does really deliver a feeling of calmness when walking through its halls, the food is excellent, pools are awesome and they have a small very sweet shop where they sell mostly handmade things from leather or stone."
