"You need to have an easier online booking system for your restaurants for the same day. I had the concierge to help and even they couldn’t get a booking until the restaurant opens for dinner despite it being pretty empty."

"The lack of bath product’s (gel, bath liquid, conditioner) in the bath!! I had to take washing products from the shower to the bath in a cup! I hate your silly fixed products fittings! Terrible idea!!! Stop being cheap we pay 400 euros a night give clients bath products"
