"Didn't return my deposit for over 7 days later. And it was the entire amount of our stay on top of the price for the three nights we stayed. All up $9200 aud for a three night stay. Ridiculous!!"

"A fantastic choice for my parents’ birthday celebration! They had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight of their mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was relaxing. I’m so happy I chose this hotel for such a special occasion!"

"On the website under most popular facilities, it says "airport shuttle (free)". But, after we made the booking and asked about this shuttle service, the reply was "Hotel only provide Taiwan High Speed Rail Station Shuttle Bus. If you would like to Shuttle Service, we can book limo service for you, it will be charged extra fee. Please contact us if you would like a price quote,, related department will reply you." I find the "airport shuttle (free)" misleading!! And, the follow-up message is not friendly and helpful for a tourist who has not been to Taiwan for a long while. Also, staff members at this property must be very proud of working in this 5-star property, especially the check-in staff I met at the reception. one comment.. arrogant!! I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip to Taiwan, this is the most expensive but the lowest level of service."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."
