"Lovely big room in a great location, the girl who checked us in and out was very welcoming and helpful. Car park was a 10 minute walk and additional cost but we were in tne centre of a city so this was expected"

"The check-in process was very easy, even though the reception desk was closed. The communication with the host is fast and easy, also when we had issues around 11 PM with the internet connection she replied within minutes and provided a helpful solution. The room was considerably big and most importantly very clean. Although we did not need daily room service, our host made sure that we don’t lack or need anything during our stay. There was also parking available for our rented scooter, definitely a useful facility for us."
"The only disadvantage for us was that only cash payment was possible. As a tourist it’s always more convenient to pay by card. Also what we missed in the room was that there was no secondary light or bed lamp available, but only the main bright light which one would have to switch off before going in bed."

"공용주차장옆이라 찾기 쉬워요. 수이샤부두 바로 옆이기도해요. 숙소가 넓고 깨끗하고 주인의 새심한 배려가 느껴지는 곳이였어요. 욕조 완전 넓고 좋은데 거기에 스파 입욕제까지 있었어요. 생산자 설명이 자세히 나와있는 차도 있고~ 무엇보다 아리산관련 질문하니 아리산까지 전화하셔서 답변 받아서 알려주셨어요. 오래 기억에 남을 숙소였어요."

"The breakfast is simple but nice mix of western and Chinese. They even had vegetarian meat alternatives. The property was built in 2010, damaged by the typhoon in 2015 and then repaired. You can feel the history of the place, which is something I loved. It might not be for everyone if things like DIY repairs and signs of age bother you. The view is amazing. Having a large hot spring bath (hot and cold) for yourself is amazing. The staff are all very nice and polite and helpful."
