"The location is excellent. The property is very aesthetically made. Views of the pool, and the sea are really good. Amber Lai was the manager during our stay, and her responsiveness and warm servicing attitude, was exceptional."

"The problem we encountered was with the staff. On the first night, we ordered fries (utterly mediocre, but ok) and then asked for salt. We were told they didn’t have any. After asking if we pay now for the food, they told us it goes onto our room number, and we can pay during our checkout. Eventually, the hotel bill could be paid with a credit card, but the food bill couldn’t, and the explanation was that the machine was broken once we got to the point of paying for the food… Beyond being late during our checkout, I admit 20 minutes, but instead of talking to us about when we should leave and store our luggage, we were only confronted with an overtime fee."

"The view (from our room, the pool, the beach, etc) is truly majestic and exceptional, staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful (they left us really good impressions — warm and welcoming from the drive-in, and they offer their honest opinions for guests to experience this area in its realest ways)."

"房間隔音不佳會影響睡眠品質。其他房客關門聲音會讓房間震動，其他房客說話聲音在房內也都可聽見。用房內電話撥到櫃檯要求處理其他房客音量問題，但第一次沒有人接聽，再撥一次後櫃檯才有回應，處理之後雖然有減緩但還是會受到其他房客聲音影響，像是其他房間的嬰兒半夜哭鬧聲就讓人完全無法入睡。"
