JAZ Elite Aurora

"First time visiting Jaz Elite Aurora in Zanzibar, and it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make it easy to relax the moment you step in. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options and consistently great quality. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim-up room, which made the experience even more special waking up and stepping straight into the pool was a real treat. The padel courts were fantastic and a great addition to the stay, and whenever the hotel hosted entertainment in the evenings, it was always lively and enjoyable. All in all, an incredible first visit to Zanzibar. Jaz Elite Aurora delivered a wonderful experience, and we’d happily return."

"The only thing that could make the experience even better would be offering more regular evening entertainment, as the nights when it was on were great."

"The place is very clean, tidy, and beautiful. The food is diverse and really delicious. The pools are clean and kid-friendly. Most of the staff are very friendly."

"The hotel has a policy that only allows one child per room. I had two young children with me, and I was forced to book an additional room for the second child. Even though we didn't even use the second room, I still had to pay for it because 'that’s the policy.' Unless this policy changes, I unfortunately will not be returning."

"Clean New Service was amazing and attentive like Hussein the restaurant manager and Loveness"

"Difficult to get reservations in restaurants even though they are empty. They say they cannot accommodate more guests. Not sure what will happen at full capacity as the hotel was very quiet and empty"

"Comfort,food, the stuff"

"No tv in the bar to watch sports😔"

"Everything, is a top."

"I think they can improve the swimming pool services, cocktails. They need to have somebody especially for prepare the cocktail. The local person not knows alcohol and prepare it super bad. I would like to give them a idea for buffet. Put two separate part, one for local food and one for international food."

"Beautiful hotel! We got an upgrade to a swim up room! Loved the welcome fruit basket, the environment is to die for! The staff, from the managers, chef, housekeepers were all very friendly."

"Nothing!"

"Everything. Exception experience"

"Nothing"

"Nowy hotel ,spokój ,cisza i piękny wystrój w stylu boho ,bardzo smaczne jedzenie ."
