"I always return to this hotel when I come to Lviv. The staff are really friendly and fluent in English. The location is fantastic right next to Victoria Garden mall and multiplex cinema. Lots of great shops and pubs nearby on the beautiful Naukova street. The city centre is a short trolley bus ride away and the bus stops right outside the hotel. Very powerful and hot shower."

"The great location and the very welcoming reception staff who are on duty 24 hours per day. Also refreshments are available 24 hours a day at very reasonable prices. There are so many restaurants and cafes and also a multiplex cinema within 5 minutes walking distance. The pillows were also excellent which is important if you want to sleep well."
