"The hotel is located in the very centre of city, next to the Opera Theatre. The room was really comfortable, warm and clean. The staff is very friendly and was the most helpful: we left one of our bags in the hall when leaving for the station and the receptionist organised the delivery of the bag to us via delivery service 🙏🙏🙏"
