"Розташування готелю, вид з балкону, наявність світла всю добу. Дуже приємна адміністраторка Людмила, зробила наш відпочинок максимально комфортним. Бассейн прямо в готелі - це теж великий плюс."

"Відпочивав у цьому готелі тиждень — залишились тільки приємні враження. Номер був чистий, просторий і з сучасним ремонтом. Особливо сподобалося, що прибирали щодня й робили це якісно, без нагадувань. Персонал дуже ввічливий і завжди готовий допомогти. На рецепції швидко заселили, розповіли про всі сервіси, порадили хороші місця неподалік."

"The hotel is located in the city centre. Despite being central, the hotel itself is in the quiet courtyard. The room is large, with a comfortable bed. I highly recommend Incognito i if you want to stay for a couple of nights in a safe and cosy room, close to museums, opera, cafes and restaurants, botanical gardens. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than planned and they checked me in (which was such a bonus, as I spent the night on the train and wanted to rest and take a shower)."

"Nice hotel with cozy, laid-back atmosphere, feels like home. Spa zone is intact sufficient for few families concurrently, includes pool jacuzzi and 3 saunas. Pleasant and friendly staff, our kid liked to talk and request some drinks, food on her own - waitress were so responsive and nice. Location is 2 km away from 1st lift in Bukovel - we used car to get there - close enough."
