"호텔 로비부터 건물 전체의 냉방이 완벽하고 전체적으로 최소 4성급 청결도와 쾌적함을 유지함. 깊은 잠이 가능한 편안한 침대와 방음. 직원들의 적극성과 친절함은 가히 역대급으로 최고였음. 위치는 좋고 거의 모든 곳이 걸어서 5~10분 안에 다 있음. 새로 생긴 호텔이라 사람들이 잘 모르지만 그만큼 모든게 새것. 아침 식사는 리셉션 직원들이 일일이 챙겨주고 오믈렛, 까샤 등은 주문 받아서 바로 해주고 맛있음. 보통 호텔 4성급 이상이 익숙한 사람들에게 추천함. 여러 호텔 직접 방문해보고 최종 선택했음."

"샤워실 커튼이 짧아서 샤워하고 물이 너무 바닥을 적셔서 불편했음. 테이블에 의자가 없어서 컴퓨터 작업하는데 불편했음. 두개만 개선하면 불만없음."

"The staff is extremely efficient, and seems to be always ready to do everything, impressive. We arrived very early by the train from Samarkand, but someone at the reception welcomed us and allowed us to go to our room (for a price), and my friends have been able to sleep. The person at the breakfast was very nice and professional too. Clearly a good choice for a stay in Nukus !"

"A wonderful new modern hotel in the city centre 15 minutes walk from the famous art gallery. The staff were delightful, the room excellent and the breakfast was great"

"New hotel ten minutes’ walk from the museum. Very clean, the AC worked great, and there was a fridge in the room. Very kind staff. Bed was surprisingly comfy (not as hard as usual in this region). The room was on the small side, though, and didn’t even have a chair."

"I liked everything. Best welcoming and customer service any guest wants to experience in any hotel. All staff were so charming, delightful and attentive at the point that they invited my dad and me to have lunch from their staff food, a tasty local dish from Karakalpakstan. Beds were so comfortable and room was big. Breakfast the best of the trip too with wide range of local and western continental options. Reception team will help you to plan your Aral Sea Adventure, which is highly recommended! Thank you Faiz Hotel team for everything, the experience was absolutely outstanding, you msde us feel like we were at home"
