"Quiet, well situated guest house. The daughter speaks some english. The house being inside the old city, you do not have to pay entrance to the city, if you are staying there, though you do need a ticket if you want to visit the museums etc. The guest house can also organise tours."
"The water pressure in the shower and toilet was very poor, though that might be a more common problem in Xiva, as I noticed the same in a restaurant toilet. You can only pay cash."

"The guesthouse is ideally located within Ichan Qala, just a short walk from all the main monuments, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The matresses were very comfortable. The homemade breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after check-out."

"Family guesthouse in the old city centre. All main attractions are in walking distance. Rooms have a good standard. Bathroom is clean. AC is working. The young lady that appears as the main host (since she speaks the best English) is friendly and committed."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
