"Perfect location. Just beside the Islam Karimov Walking Street, there is a door short-cut to the street. 9min walking to Registan. 6min walking to Bibi-Khanym Mosque. 14min walking to Shoxi Zinda. 22min walking or bus to Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum. Home-made breakfast. Breakfast time can be customized to your timeline. Room was cleen and tidy. The land lord family lives here as well. They treat the hotel as their own house. Which is true, because the hotel is self-built. Always feeling welcome. No English, but translation will help."

"Расположение хорошее, недалеко от Регистана. От пешеходной улицы до входа в дом 100 метров, если знаешь, в какие ворота надо свернуть. Чисто, уютно."
"На машине заехать очень сложно, в старом городе узкие улицы. Когда выезжали, попросили хозяина заказать такси. Ждали такси полчаса, а таксист так и не приехал - не нашел дорогу к отелю, несмотря на телефонные указания хозяина отеля., и ждал нас вдалеке, на центральной улице. Пришлось с чемоданами бегом бежать до него, еле-еле успели на поезд."

"Номера действительно маленькие для трех кроватей. Но, я так понимаю это почти стандарт для недорогого жилья в центре Самарканда. Запах из ванной действительно был, приходилось закрывать слив душа пакетом и накрывать - так особо не пахло потом. Плёнка на матрасах - тоже не добавила удобства))) В остальном, и вообще в общем и целом - нормально."
"Приятный уютный отель в тихом месте. Радушные хозяева, тепло встретили и кормили нас арбузами и дынями :) Всегда тихие соседи. Отделка, оборудование новые (отелю всего год), полотенца чистые, ничего "уставшего". Внутри просто, но гармонично, красиво. Кондиционер инверторный (!), душ двойной, с тропическим душем. Идеальная доступность: Регистан, Сиабский базар, основные пешеходные улицы. WiFi работает стабильно"

"Very cosy and well maintained apartment."
"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
