"이 집의 주인인 티무르 아저씨가 정말 귀여우셨어요. 그리고 친절하고 정직한 분이셨습니다. 0.2달러 정도 더 내면서 거스름돈은 안 주셔도 된다고 했는데 기어코 솜으로 계산해서 거슬러 주시더라고요. 제가 이 마을 사람이라면 티무르 아저씨와 이웃으로 친하게 지내고 싶을 거예요. 하루 밖에 안 머물렀기 때문에 이 집 가족들과 대화를 나눌 기회가 없었는데, 시간적인 여유가 있다면 이 집에서 한 달 살이 하며 가족들과도 친해지고 싶네요. ㅎㅎ 저는 숙박하면서 방이나 화장실도 깨끗하다고 생각했고 크게 불편한 점이 없었고 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 그렇지만 좋은 호텔과 비교해서는 퀄리티가 떨어질 수밖에 없는 것 같아요. 본인이 좀 많이 예민하다고 생각하시면 더 높은 급수의 호텔을 이용하시는게 좋을 것 같긴 해요. 저는 4-5 성급의 호텔보다는 시설적으로 부족하지만 현지 가정집 분위기의 집에서 머물 수 있다는게 좋았네요. 아 참, 조식 먹을 때는 비슷한 시간에 다른 방 분들도 나오신다면 동기간에 머무는 다른 나라 여행자들과 한 식탁에서 교제할 수도 있어요. 조식에 케이크도 주시고.. 맛있었어요! 티무르 아저씨가 제 기차 시간을 걱정해주셔서 안 늦고 기차도 잘 탈 수 있었습니다. ㅋㅋ"

"A great location with comfortable room and nice bathroom. Timur and his family were wonderful looking after us and answering any questions we had (sometimes in English, hand signs or google translate 😅) and served us amazing breakfast every day! Timur was flexible with our early arrival and departure and nothing was ever a problem. We felt very at home and would come back to stay here again if we are ever back in Samarkand!"

"We had the most pleasent stay at the guest house. Timur and his family were just the kindest and they treated us like family members. They expected us with tea, served us a very good breakfast and made sure we got our train in time. We even got a small breakfast take away since we had to leave at 5am. The guest house is located perfectly and is only a 5 minutes walk away from Registan. Highly recommended and the best accommodation we stayed in Usbekistan. Thanks Timur and family!"

"The best place i stayed in, in Uzbekistan. I extended my stay by 2 days, I liked being there so much. Mr Timur and his lovely wife were incredibly welcoming and really looked after me. Breakfast in the central courtyard was always tasty, plentiful and varied. The room was clean, included a bathroom. A big bonus of the guesthouse is that it is very central, easy to find and just a five minute walk from the Registan, you could not ask for better. There is a small shop a few doors down to buy water etc though water is available at the guesthouse. When I left, Mr Timur called a local taxi firm that was the same price as a Yandex taxi and saw me off. Such lovely, helpful and friendly people, highly recommend."

"Timur and his family are some of the kindest people you’ll meet on your trip. They are really helpful and they speak good enough English to give recommendations etc. Lovely breakfast. I had a bad episode of food poisoning and they really helped out by bringing me tea and some bread when I started to feel better. Rooms are comfortable but don’t expect a hotel room, it’s truly a guest house (as it should be). 10/10 would recommend."

"Everything about the property and the people. Very close to the main attraction. Awesome hospitable hosts. If I can give 15 out of 10 for hospitality I would. This is a gem of a place to stay. It is very close to Registan and the main attractions, Timur and his family is one of the best hosts you will ever find. Very helpful and treated us just like family. The room was spacious and clean."
