"Such a lovely spot to land for our 4 nights in St Thomas. Even sharing as 2 x couples the sofa bed was comfy and worked well for our stay. Very clean with parking available and full kitchwn, heaps of towels and a cooler meant we had everything we needed. We were in the passionfruit condo and although the lower level with people above us there was not a sound. Lovely views from the patio and also humming birds in the garden. Not something we see in New Zealand! The lovely hosts are so attentive and genuinely just want you to enjoy the island and have everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend this accommodation. Thanks for having us!!"

"The location was very convenient once you get used to the driving on St. Thomas, with a great view of the harbor and airport. The property owners are very attentive and maintained communication throughout our stay. The beach towels, pool noodle, and beach chairs were greatly appreciated!"
"It would have been nice to have a Swiffer mop with with disposable wipes and cleaning wipes for guests to clean the floors and surfaces with. I understand it's difficult to keep furniture clean, so I would also recommend a washable duvet or cover for the couch for each booking."
"We were in the Star Fruit unit. Access for the door was provided 24 hours prior to my arrival. Full kitchen with kitchenware, comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa (if needed), bedroom of spacious with iron, ironing board and beach towels. 2 nice size televisions. A/C worked great. Bed was nice and firm. Shower soap, hand soap and hand lotion if you need it. Full apartment unit, it was quiet, neighbors (directly across the street) were friendly, street traffic was moderate and the view was great. Unit was clean and had a small emergency light inside if you needed. Parking for your rental vehicle. The hosts were fantastic and their communication was superb!!"
"The location is in the hills and our GPS was inaccurate stopping us just down the hill at 84 Solberg but the correct address is 17 Solberg. Quickly contacted the owner and he talked us in (about 1/8 mile further up). Not that it was an issue but I put up a cover over the little shower window for my wife's comfort. Small gaps in the front door, so a couple of small critters visited us but again nothing major."

"In the description of the property it said it was a mile and a half from town. What it didn't say was it was not walkable. Taxi rides for that mile and a half are $25.00 each way. I would highly recommend renting a car."
