"Great little house with everything you need. It was very clean and the hosts were very proactive."

The kitchenette was poorly equipped.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

The only issue we encountered is no hot water early in the morning. I guess the solar system is not storing the hot water . The master bathroom should have a shower curtain if someone wants to shower instead of soaking in the bathtub

The pool is beside a house under construction.

"This house is perfect. As soon as we arrived we felt at home and spend a great amount of time in this little paradise."

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

Nothing house was good

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

We paid €50 cash as deposit and he didn’t pay us the money back because we didn’t take the dishes out of dishwasher after cleaning.

"The check-in was smooth. Key was inside the key box, code of key box was provided. Villa is in a peaceful location. Big screen TV, Internet, netflix made stay more entertaining. Overall cozy stay."

"The place was clean and well kept. David our host was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around Roatan. It was close to West End but not loud like staying on the strip."

계단이 좁고 높아 올라가기 힘들며 다른 방에서의 소음이 정말 잘 전달됩니다.. 좁디 좁은 화장실의 샤워에서는 온수가 나오지 않고 미지근한 물이 최선이며 세면대 바로 위에 선반이 있어 세수를 하려면 고양이 세수를 해야 합니다...

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

I did not like that thee properties were in the same enclosure and privacy became an issue after a family arrived two days before my departure. I felt uneasy to share the solitude and safety of the premises.
