"The water from the shower was leaking through the wall to the front everytime you take a shower the bed sheets on arrival smells old but was changed the next day ,the pool, I was expecting the water to be cold since the temp is high"

"The rooms were fantastic, and clean. Room service was great and spot on. Staff were very friendly . Communication was excellent. I booked via booking.com and they had problem charging my card, i contacted them and they were very effecient in contacting me back couple of times."

"The breakfast menu has gone downhill since our last visit. Egg options were great but not many changes in the fruit selection day on day. Needs less fried rice and more breakfast hot food - eg bacon"

"The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and there was daily room service. There was a power outage when we arrived but the team were quick to compensate the inconvenience. The complementary breakfast didn't have too many options but what was offered was delicious and substantial. The staff were attentive, approachable and very accommodating during our stay. Great location!"
