"As per some other reviews already: Awesome views from the terrace(s) - there’s 2; good breakfast (amazing jam), great value for money and a very friendly and helpful reception. Is the way up to the hotel steep? Yes. But if you know, you know. Is it worth it? Yes. The view is amazing. There is parking down in the town, which is pretty good for a tourist area. They have coffee, water and ice cream if wanted."

"I thought it was all good. Few minor issues that will get sorted in the near future since it’s a new hotel. Oh! The coordinates through booking went to a different road. So don’t follow that. Follow their sent instructions - or just look at Google maps for hotel Berati. It’s there!"

"Highlight of our time in Kosovo. As much as I was slightly disappointed with Prizren stay here make up for it. The room was clean, simple in style but cosy. There was no aircon but somehow with curtains closed temperature was just perfect. It was quiet, perfect for rest. The staff was nice and didn’t mind answering new questions every 2 hours. Owner didn’t speak much English but he had help whenever my questions were to complicated. Overall, he had welcoming attitude. I especially liked the view. It’s absolutely great from restaurant level. It’s great breakfast is included in the service fee and then you have best view for yourself. Loved the small „garden” on the right. Perfect for insta photos or just relaxing."

"Breakfast is from 9.30. I think it’s great idea to consider amending breakfast start time at least to 7.30 AM as we might not be the only ones who need to eat earlier. Owner was really nice! and prepared for us breakfast a day before so we could have any time we want but still it would be great to have freshly served breakfast as the hotel is so cosy. Questions on site were answered immediately and nice but the ones sent by booking before arrival were not answered or response time could be better (like within 1 day or something)."

"The room was clean, comfortable and stayed cool in the heat. The view from the terrace was the icing on top of the cake! The breakfast spread was also excellent - and included a barista made coffee. Staff were so lovely"

"The views over the city from the terrace are amazing. Breakfast served on the terrace is a great start to the day. The two young men running the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. They met me at the hotel parking (which is a few minutes walk from the hotel) on my arrival, and provided transport to the hotel, even carrying my bag. Amazing hospitality."

"The hotel is on a hill near the fortress above the city. Be aware it is a steep walk back from the city centre, but this does give you the benefit of the great views. And you will need to do this walk to get to the must see fortress anyway!"

"This new hotel in Prizren just opened a month ago, so everything is brand new and clean. It is located below the fortress, so the view is spectacular. The main sightseeing points are easily accessible by foot. It is hard to reach the hotel by foot specifically with big luggages, but they offer you a lift with a 4x4 car. The breakfast is also great and generous. The staff is very kind and helpful. We only stayed 1 night, but I would come back next time as well."
