"Very good location. Comfortable beds. Spacious, very big room."

"Our balcony door handle was taken out, but it was not locked so it was possible to open the door from inside and from outside. When we asked about it they said because it is the next door room’s balcony and we should not use the balcony there. Its kind of ridicilous, they should have lock the door permanently then. But no big problem. Although the location is great, it was very loud outside even at night, when the windows are open. It can be a bit problem if you have a baby for example. The breakfast can be improved, we asked for a hardboiled egg for my 3 year old son, and they just said “no we cant do that”"

"Very friendly receptionist welcomed me warmly. Good size room with balcony and view over the river. Location close to the historic centre. Good value for money."

"Well located in city centre overlooking the river, friendly staff. Big room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast next day."

"We loved our short stay in Kosovo. Could have easily stayed longer, and this room was perfect. We had a view over the river, and could easily walk to the historic old town and up to the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!"

"This is a comfortable family run hotel with historical links to the area. Their aim is to attract tourists to a little known area of Kosovo with a huge untapped potential. The hotel provided a friendly welcoming atmosphere and warm comfortable accommodation with a perfectly fine restaurant in this mountainous region. Local tradition and character are all around so open your mind and take it all in."

"The top floor location of this hotel provides excellent views of the city and mountains. We had a recently renovated room which was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite adequate in their restaurant (amazing views) which we also found to be very good value for coffee and evening meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value all round."
