"Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were well prepared and the kitchen staff were lovely."

"Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation."

"Absolutely everything. The rooms are massive for Ballito, beautifully put together and has everything one could reasonably expect. Absolutely Fantastic."

"The place is very close to the beach making it easy to walk there (if you want to) and other interesting places around. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was raining when we arrived and they came to get us with umbrellas, very considerate. The breakfast spot is so gorgeous gives an international feel. The garden and pool were also nice. We enjoyed chilling and swimming there."

"We struggled with parking, it was not enough for everyone booked there. Not a lot of breakfast options and the coffee they had was also not great. They have Nespresso but it’s charged extra."

"There was nothing I didn't like. I would however for the cost of staying in the presidential suite suggest a better working fridge and stocked with at least sparking and still water, it was not big enough or working properly. The kitchen also had no ice to chill our champagne. Some extra like chocolates would have given a 5 star experience."

"A little piece of France in Salt Rock. Wonderful property. I loved the detail and the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good."

"The balcony in my room overlooked the parking area. There was some noise at night with cars entering and leaving the property. Not on the ocean front - 15 minute walk away. The monkeys at breakfast were entertaining but problematic."
