"My check in time was a issue but I requested a time and it was approved, I had to check in at 12 but the room was only available from 13h00 due to cleaning so I checked out 1 hour late because I checked in 1 hour late and it wasn't my fault, the staff on duty had attitudes and it turned out ugly, my damage fee i had paid in was 500 I could only get 300 back because of the late check out but they owed me that hour im very upset and disappointed in pinelodge pe the staff needs to have manners they were screaming on us we all were furious but that wasn't our fault.. I always book on booking.com I never had issues but this will be my last stay at pinelodge im so so disappointed in the customer service"
