"- The receptionist upon arrival was great. - They have some of the best waiters (Marc was amazing - kind and very attentive person)"

"- Co-ordination of breakfast can improve. On two of the days we needed to ask someone to take our order. - The one night we had dinner at the hotel, we were ushered to a table in a poor position, yet there were plenty tables open (even though we had mentioned we were going to have dinner there).. Only once Marc came to serve us was our evening saved."

"We choose this hotel because of its setting within a beautiful park-like garden. It is very tastefully decorated and lies in a quiet neighbourhood. The property seems very well managed and maintained; the staff are certainly a big plus of this hotel - they are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. The room was fine as was the food. Pioneers is certainly a good choice when visiting Vic Falls."
