"Central to both beaches, cafes, restaurant and all. Spacious room. Good offer with happy hour and 2 for 1 on cocktails, even though I didnt use it. Got recommendations for restaurants and beaches (both with car and without car)."

"Breakfast could have more variety. Just black coffee included in breakfast No elevator (which I had no problem with, I'd just like to mention it at is might affect other peoples stay)."

"Helpfull and frendly staff. Gave us best recomendation for local fish restaurant, also have good deals for visitors in bar. Gave us fast instruction about beaches. Nice sea view from balcony. Have parking. Hotel locates near privat beaches."

"Greeted by cheerful staff every morning and overall we were very satisfied with the service. Lucky with room at the very top with nice view (beware of cca 60steps though). Breakfast same for everyday, although you choose each day different. Beaches within short distances (5min. top). Property has it's own bar with coctails and sisha."

"Friendly staff and decent (simple) buffet breakfast. Room was good, could see water from balcony and sunset, but not amazing views. Location is great for Ksamil, easy to walk to various beach areas and venues. Not noisy. Busy town, so plenty of dining and drink options."

"We had an amazing stay in Ksamil! The owners were incredibly hospitable and truly treated us like family. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast — the omelet and petulla were absolutely fantastic! Lovely touch was when the chef made us petulla for the beach day. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. lots of day sunlight, luxury touch. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The owners were also very kind in giving us great recommendations on what to do and where to eat, and even shared a bit about the history of Albania, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil — you’ll feel right at home!"

"Getting to the guest house was super fun. Be ready for a challenge of steep roads and twists and turns. Our host had given us excellent directions beforehand and we were able to find the guest house. Parking was fine for our car. It was well worth climbing up into the old town... Our host was very welcoming. She explained about the building which has a really interesting history. The room was cosy and warm. There was an area where we were able to have our afternoon tea with an amazing view over the town and the castle fortress and then at night the view was spectacular. Our breakfast was really good and again with the added benefit of an amazing view."
