"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. "The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

숙소 앞에서 어디로 가야되는지 잘 몰라서 30분 정도 찾았어요 나중에 보니까 숙소 간판이 있긴한데 한 간판안에 다른간판도 함께있어서 입구를 찾는데 힘들었어요 독립된 눈에잘띄는 간판으로 하시면 참 좋을것같네요. 그리고 장기투숙하시는 분들을위해 세탁할수있는 시설이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"조용하고 넓은 방. 공항, 관광지 및 쇼핑센터 등 모든 곳에 금세 닿을 수 있는 좋은 위치. 아주 좋습니다. 간단한 요리도 해먹을 수 있는 점은 더욱더 좋았습니다."

시설이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있었지만.. 다 좋았습니다. 방화문이 너무 쾅쾅 닫히고 엘리베이터가 좀 노후된 느낌만 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

The showers were not the cleanest

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

The stains on the tub

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

we arrived 6.15am but couldnt check-in until.2pm which was extremely annoying especially coming off a 5 hour flight to be told we had to wait till 2pm to check in because our room was not ready. I understand this but I requested for an early check in at the time of booking but unfortunately they ignored our request. Imagine coming off a 5 hour flight, doing laps around the island then having to sleep in your hire car because they wouldnt let you check in before 2pm. Extremely frustrating hence the low rating. other than that ace was very nice.
