"Our room was newly renovated. Had a Kitchen, beautiful bedroom, a WC, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large living room. The highlight was our large balcony from which the view was fantastic. Breakfast was smaller but everything relevant was there. Staff was really friendly"

The location is very good - near highway with excellent view of mountains, near lake with the option of hiking, the staff is very nice and the apartment is clean with beatiful view. At the breakfest you get everything you want, there is staff which ask you want you want to eat, to do you coffee, tea, milk or eggs. Thank you."

"The rooms look to be recent refurbished and were clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was also nice. Relative close to the Kaltenbach/Hochzilkertal ski Resort, 15/20 min by car."

"A very friendly host family, taking care of all kinds of needs you have. The food is delicious and the room service is flexible. By extending the stay is easily arranged. You can get wide range of authentic local wines from the hotel with reasonable price and nicely packed. In summer it should be a nice location to discover the local wine region."

"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
