On the beach promenade, 100 metres from the North Sea Shore and the sandy beach in Koksijde, lies Sofia or Coxy-Beach. "Beautiful view over the sea , great location and access to shops. Clean . Modern and well équiped flat easy access to beach . One of our flats ( we rented 2) had a garage included in the price . Very close to the flat and easy access . Very comfortable beds and good cupboard space"

"Quite stressful to drop off luggage at the start and pick it up again . When we arrived at koksijde , we did not understand the parking rules and got fined . We did not manage to get the TV to work . Explanations not clear . It would have been helpful to have explanations for rubbish . All was in Dutch and difficult to understand but we managed to find out from helpful local shop keepers .2 of the radiators kept going on when we wanted them off . Were they on a timer ? Not clear how to turn them off completely and we would have been happy with less hot water"

"La vue, Le confort"

"Les lits superposés sans barrière (lits destinés à des enfants en hauteur mais un peu dangereux). Lits superposés qui se replient (danger de se cogner la tête quand le lit du haut est ouvert). La porte de la petite chambre qui s'ouvre dans le mauvais sens (on se prend la porte dans la figure dans le couloir)"

"L’emplacement est super, un garage à disposition, très bien équipé et très clair. La photo ne correspond pas à notre appartement."

"Accès au garage avec les bagages est très compliqué. L’agence facture des prix de consommation très excessifs et demande 80€ pour le nettoyage final il est facultatif et doit être payé en liquide à l’arrivée….."

"Traumhafte Lage... Wenn man morgens beim frühstücken aufs Meer schauen kann und abends Reflex auf dem Balkon. Und am besten, Strandtasche packen und mit dem Kids ohne groß mobil zu sein ab an den Strand. Kommen gerne wieder ."

"What a gem! The room was really nice, only tiny little downside for us is that the bed is a twin rather than a double. But the size is great. And the hosts… well they are quite simply fabulous. Discreet but very available, always happy to give advice- they recommended two hikes, both of which were great. The food they make is better than many restaurants would offer and the price is very reasonable considering. Jonas is a passionate chef and it shows on the plates 😊 We had a really fabulous time thanks to their hospitality and will definitely come again! Thank you Antoinette and Jonas"
