"The host is very pleasant, friendly, professional, flexible and very attentive to his guests’ needs. The hotel is situated within close proximity to all amenities and the rooms are very comfortable with a lovely touch of African design."

"The manager was fantastic - very responsive, very helpful, proactive and super communicative which was very reassuring as it was my first time here. He even helped arrange an airport pick up for 5000F which was much appreciated and helped find a way for me to get laundry done. All the staff were great, room was clean, air conditioning worked, WiFi was strong and stable (not easy to find in West Africa!) and the bed was clean and comfortable."
"Personally I didn't find it an issue, but it can take the shower about 5-10 mins for the water to properly heat up. I didn't mind - having hot water was a TREAT!"
