"Fabulous location to metro for arrival from the airport and easy walking distance to the key sites in Sofia. Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely clean, spacious room and very quiet considering it's central location. Loved the art too."

"Amazing location right next to the best beach for kids in the area. Room was nice, had a great view and the kids loved the pool too. The pool bartender was fun and made good cocktails. If you don't have very high expectations the hotel is good for you 😉 we are those kinds of people and would come back."

"Hotel Elena offers a homey and cozy atmosphere while simultaneously providing all of the luxuries of a chain hotel. The property’s location is also very convenient as it is only 10 minutes away from Veliko Tarnovo by car and 5 minutes away from the hiking trail to the Swing of Love. Additionally, at breakfast, we were served a hot fresh piece of homemade banitsa which tasted amazing."

"Very pleasant owner. We were leaving at silly O'Clock to go to the airport. He left the parking area remote in a plastic bag so we could use it and return it. Parking is off road and safe. Location is brilliant - short 5 minute walk to Metro and Theatre"
