"하우스키핑 부서 직원이 팁만 가져가고 청소를 제대로 안해 주었어요. 심지어 청소가 안되어 있다고 말했는데도, 그 다음 날 욕실 바닥과 객실 바닥에 먼지가 여전히 지저분한 상태였어요."

"청결이 약간 아쉬었음. 조식 레스토랑의 창가쪽 구석에 먼지가 가득함. 직원에게 알려줬으나 어깨를 으쓱하고 말았음. 호텔방에서도 텔레비젼 받침대에 먼지가 가득 샇여있었음."

The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
