"The location is superb. Very close to the olympic stadium, by the lake (it's actually a river but widens at this point to form a dam lake for a few km's) and in the middle of the woods. In the middle of nature and silence but within a 15 min drive to the center of Berlin. The place is very well cleaned. All surfaces, sanitaries, bathroom, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, everything. Free parking all day long. The owner is a very helpful man and always reachable and open to conversation even when he's not around. The kitchen is very well equipped for a few days of stay. Don't consider it as a regular boat, the ceilings are high and the rooms and bathroom are spacious enough. Plenty of space for relaxation. I stayed in July, no air conditioning is required for this time of the year. No sweating and no cold either."

"A little railing around the deck would be perfect. And this is a perfect place for a little butane/propane barbecue. Maybe the owner consider making one available."
