"The property is absolutely perfect , only second to the Host Lisa , who is also perfect. The house is massive. Two huge comfortable rooms with excellent mattresses and AC to take the heat off. The kitchen and dining room are exactly as I would have in my own place . Everything you would need is there. There is even a general store maybe 10 mins up the road where you can get everything you need. Even the towels provided are super soft. Whole house is spotless"

"I really appreciate the host, Lisa is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. She helped me rent a car, suggested interesting places to visit, and organized dinner after the late arrival in Belize (the plane was late). Her mother prepared homemade bread to welcome. I have to admire that it was very easy to communicate with Lisa, who responded very quickly to my messages. Thank you Lisa for everything! The house itself was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well organized, and there was also a washing machine and a dryer. There was washing and dishwashing liquid available for use, and soap and towels in the bathroom. There was no problem with hot water. There were window screens, without them it would have been impossible to open the windows. Most of the lighting in the house were good."

"The location isn't the best, it's far from everything and the roads (which of course isn't Lisa's fault) are really bad in the area. But on the other hand, it can be an advantage if you want to be away from civilization. The door locks were difficult to operate, there were four locks and the keys were not marked, so each time it was a problem to find the right key for the right lock. And if you're being attacked by mosquitoes, you want to get inside as quickly as possible, not have to guess which key fits which lock, ha ha. The second thing is air conditioning. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and they work very well. But with such temperatures and humidity, air conditioning would also be useful in the dining room. The last suggestion to make your stay easier would be a simple roof over your car to keep it in the shade."

"Lisa was extremely helpful & attentive. For a birder who came to see birds in the lagoon area, it was ideal: I loved that it was right near the lagoon & Bird's Eye View Lodge. The kitchen was perfect for cooking simple meals (I made rice & beans with chicken). The Wi-Fi was reliable & reasonably fast (I'm writing this from a hotel on Caye Caulker where the Wi-Fi is extremely spotty & slow, making me wish for Lisa's Wi-Fi again)."

"No real criticisms at all. It might be a little nicer if the wonderfully large, high-ceilinged living room & kitchen area had air-conditioning like the bedrooms. But honestly with the drapes drawn to block out the direct sun & the windows open to allow the breeze to blow through, it wasn't too hot for me (& I could always go back into the bedroom to cool off more)."
