"Had to ask for toilet paper no plug for tub. Towels were old and ruff. Bad pillows not comfortable. Carpet was dirty."
"The TV had a great abundance of channels but unfortunately didn't have a guide for it making it hard to find something to watch before it was over."
"No ice available. Had to purchase ice at the convenience store. At 150.00 dollars a night I'm sure they could afford to provide ice service to their customers. The other problem is what do you do with a bag of ice to keep it from melting. The provided refrigerator didn't have a freezer to keep the ice from going to water. Total Bull****."
