"When I arrived, there was a long-haired guy with glasses at the reception who was extremely rude and didn’t understand how tired I was after my long flight and jet lag. He gave me a very dirty and old room that looked nothing like the photos. The room was full of cockroaches and the internet didn’t work, and the guy behaved in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. However, the next day there was a different girl at the reception who helped me and changed my room. Overall, it was not a good experience. Last week when I returned, I chose another hotel. I do not recommend this place."

"공항에서 무료 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리했어요. 숙소도 옐로나이프의 숙소중 가장 최신으로 깨끗하고 특히나 2배드룸 이상인 별관은 정말 깨끗하고 좋았어요 위치도 정말 좋습니다. 옐로나이프 오시면 샤또 노바 추천!"

"It was a budget motel that was clean and comfortable and had a few extra in-room small appliances I wasn't expecting but pleased to see. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the view was beautiful."
"My bedroom was in the basement, it was dark, and there was a cold air-con unit in the ceiling which i could not adjust. The lamp at the bedside was broken. Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."
