"No soap at the sink in the bathroom, had to use shower dispenser. It would have been nice to have a small table between the big chairs by the fireplace to have a snack or be able to put your wine glass down. There was some thumping on the floor above several times during the night."

"We booked and paid for a whole house outbuilding but when we arrived, we found out it wasn’t available and were put in a room in the main building. Also check in instructions never came so we had a confusing 10 minute wait at the property until someone finally answered the phone."

"공항에서 무료 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리했어요. 숙소도 옐로나이프의 숙소중 가장 최신으로 깨끗하고 특히나 2배드룸 이상인 별관은 정말 깨끗하고 좋았어요 위치도 정말 좋습니다. 옐로나이프 오시면 샤또 노바 추천!"

"My bedroom was in the basement, it was dark, and there was a cold air-con unit in the ceiling which i could not adjust. The lamp at the bedside was broken. Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."
