"Aucun."

"Great location, friendly staff. Easy to get to and from the annexe. Had to get an early train so was leaving before breakfast - but the hotel kindly made me a breakfast bag."

"Nothing - all good."

"Great warm hotel in freezing January. Warm welcome & room upgrade to perfect Matterhorn view room."

"Breckfast room staff very vigilant with breckfast food."

"Great location almost in the middle of both main ski lifts so short walk to either and just minutes from the main bars and restaurants in the town centre. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were great."

"Breakfast selection very limited would be nice to see more than just scrambled egg as a hot option."

"Nice staff, we got an upgrade to the main building. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the ski lift and to all the restaurant/ bars.. the spa is relaxing."

"Nothing."

"Very nice and spacious room, the hotel was very clean, the staff were also very kind and welcoming, the spa was also decently equipped, although I would have preferred a cold pool or some water massage for after ski recovery, instead of 2 sauna rooms. The hotel is in a very convenient position in the middle of Zermatt, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a very well-organized ski room. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but more than adequate for the type of hotel. I would not say this is a 2-star hotel, at least a 3, it beats many 4-stars I have experienced for the service it offers."

"Room was too warm, so I had issues sleeping at night, hence I cannot give this place a 9."

"The room vas very comfortable, recently renovated, silent. Acces to the main hotel facilities such as breakfast and very nice spa (you have to go outside to get to the main hotel - but that was super ok). Although the room was situated at the basement, it was super comfy and warm, the windows opened towards the main hotel. Location is in the center of Zermat, close to the shops and pubs. It was a great stay."
