Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa facilities and free WiFi access. Each room features a TV and a minibar, and some units also have views of the Matterhorn Mountain. A breakfast buffet with a live cooking station is available every morning. In the evening, the restaurant of BEAUSiTE Zermatt serves Swiss and international cuisine, as well as regional specialities, such as Fondue and other cheese dishes. Guests can spend cosy moments at the open fireplace in the piano bar or enjoy the spa area. It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. Ski passes can be purchased at the house and a ski storage room is offered. The Zermatt Railway Station is 400 metres away and upon arrival, the transfer to the hotel is included.

"I rate this hotel 5 stars, but only for certain circumstances such as short stays eg. you are breaking up a long journey and need somewhere to stopover for a night. The location is great - it is five minutes or less walk from the train station. The service by Giacomo was excellent. Nowadays, unless you ask, you rarely get to experience 'old school' service from hotels where the manager/receptionist bothers to give you a map and point out where you can go. But Giacomo did that for us on his own initiative. He was also exceedingly friendly and polite in all our interactions, and when we were at breakfast he came over to ask if we wanted eggs. I noticed he checked in on all the guests as well."
