"Perfect place to stay, a very well-managed, spotless clean property with all the necessary amenities and comforts (if you inquire in advanve). polite and kind staff which made the overall stay very comfortable."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming — both at reception and during breakfast. The heating was already on in mid-October, which made the room very comfortable. My top-floor room was calm, clean, and had a beautiful mountain view. Free parking next to the hotel is a big plus."
"Breakfast was fine but could offer a bit more variety — maybe scrambled eggs or sausages. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; everything worked as expected for this hotel category."

"Great stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Switzerland, close to the Kandersteg train station and Oeschinensee cable car. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were there Monday and Tuesday when the hotel restaurant was closed so we had little contact with staff, but breakfast was very enjoyable. It was a real bonus to have access to a washer and dryer (located in the sauna room). Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy."
"There was a link to scan at reception for the Abdelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg guest card. It would have been nice to have received this prior to our arrival in order to make some train/bus cost savings prior to arrival at the hotel."
