"The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities including its own bathroom with shower. The location of the Hotel Dufour was very good, in the town centre and near the old town. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to Biel/Bienne railway station and there was a frequent trolleybus service to and from the station. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty with a good variety of drinks and food which were plentiful. The hotel also had its own excellent Indian restaurant with an impressive variety of food which was very reasonably priced."

"체크인 시간 전 짐 맡기기 : 리셉션에서 직접 맡겨주십니다. 엘레베이터 여부 : 리셉션이 있는 층까지는 계단 올라가야합니다. 객실 갈 때는 엘레베이터(유럽식) 사용 가능합니다. 다만 조금 좁습니다. 객실 : 6인실 2층 사용했습니다. 침대에 커텐 있습니다. 숙소 방 내부에 변기와 세면대 있습니다. 수건 교체 가능합니다. 객실 안에 라커 있는데, 큰 백팩(군대 백팩 아시죠) 널널하게 잘 들어갑니다. 샤워: 샤워는 객실 밖에 있습니다. 기본적으로 남녀공용인데 3층에 여성전용도 있습니다. 세면대 있고, 샤워실 크기와 청결도 좋습니다. 주방: 인덕션 없고 전자레인지가 있습니다. 냉장고에 태그해서 넣어두시면 됩니다. 리빙룸이라 사람들과 대화하기 좋습니다. 위치: 좋습니다. 얼마 안 되는 거리에 많은 노선의 버스와 트램도 다니고, 취리히중앙역과 바로 연결되는 슈텔데호펜역이 있고 다양한 S반들이 다녀서 이동성 좋습니다. 역 근처다보니 마트도 많습니다. 아 그리고 물론 치안도 최고입니다. 기타: 샤워실 옆에 화장실이 하나 더 있습니다. 세탁은 13프랑였나? 암튼 그정도 주면 건조까지 다 해주시고 제 객실 침대 옆에까지 놔주십니다. 건물 문이 특정 시간 이후에는 잠깁니다. 당황하지 마시고 바로 옆에 있는 바에 가서 객실 키 보여주시면 입구를 알려주십니다. 아 그리고 3박 이상인가 묵으면 리셉션에서 이쁜 수달 티셔츠를 줍니다. 잘 입고 다니는 중"
