"The welcome was lovely. The room was very comfortable and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a little tied but very clean"

"The drain in the bath would have benefitted from unblocking The breakfast was ok, lacking in choice and the hot food was unfortunately only like warm after sitting on a buffet. Generally kacking attention with no hot water in the dispenser, some of the jam pots virtually empty and the staff moving and rearranging furniture around us were a bit disappointing"

"Room was cosy with comfortable bed, and even though you're on the main road, there's barely any noise. The reception staff were very friendly, I got a complimentary chocolate on my birthday which was such a lovely gesture."

"There was cigarette smell coming from somewhere near our window so we couldn't open it at times. There is also meant to be a bar discount for hotel guests but the bar staff didn't apply it most of the time, including when we charged it to our room."

"Loved how central the hotel was to shops and the station. Only 10 minutes from the bus station too. The bedroom was lovely and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"The pillows were huge, too big for me. The bathroom was disappointing with some mould in the tiles. No milk for coffee. Outside noise at night was disturbing (front facing room)."
