Beyond skiing, there’s a great variety of on-site activities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, multiple types of saunas, and an ice-skating rink. The spa services are superb and truly relaxing. What really stands out is the staff: professional, attentive, and very quick to respond, which makes the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a well-rounded stay with plenty to do both on and off the slopes."

"The hotel advertises ski access, but there is an important catch to be aware of. The discounted ski rate only applies if you pay for ski access for the entire duration of your stay. In other words, even if you stay for a week and only plan to ski on one or two days, you are still required to pay for all days to receive the discount. If you choose to ski on select days only, those days are charged at the full, non-discounted rate. This policy is not made very clear upfront and can be disappointing if you don’t intend to ski every day."

"The breakfast was very poor. The fruit and avocado were very poor quality and not fresh. The Benedict eggs were also very strange. I did not like the quality of the massage. It was also inconvenient that there was no transfer to the cross-country skiing. I had to constantly call a taxi, but not all taxis take skis, which was extremely inconvenient. "Absolutely the best hotel in St. Moritz! Suvretta House exceeded all our expectations—from the stunning grounds and impeccable facilities to the incredibly warm and attentive staff. Breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the convenience of having a private ski school for our kids, plus direct ski-lift access straight from the hotel—a unique perk you simply can’t find elsewhere in St. Moritz. I genuinely can’t understand any negative reviews; this place truly captures the essence of the resort. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
