"We stayed at Basqal Hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it. I want to give a huge thank you to Elmi for making our stay so special. Even before we arrived, he reached out to me to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we got there, he welcomed us so warmly and had already arranged two beautiful rooms with a stunning mountain view. Throughout our stay, he kept in touch, always checking if we needed anything — and always with a big, genuine smile. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about guests the way Elmi does.
