"Cleanliness (bed fittings and towels had a bad laundry smell). Food is not consistent. I always order club sandwich, and every time it has a different taste and different ingredients (specifically the style of the chicken). Eventhough the AC was switched off, the room was still freezing and you can hear air sound coming in from the AC ducts."
