"The villa itself is very beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The outdoor area is especially nice, and overall the place feels comfortable and well-designed. Everything about the space was enjoyable and we really liked staying there."

"Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to standard. The floor was not swept regularly unless we specifically asked, and even then it was sometimes still not properly cleaned — there were often hairs left on the floor. Towels were not replaced with clean ones, even after cleaning was requested. We stayed for 10 days, and for two people only one bar of soap was provided for the entire stay, which was also not replaced. It felt like the cleaning was either incomplete or only partially done. We understand that in some places tips are expected, and we are absolutely fine with tipping for good service. However, it’s difficult to tip when the service itself is not properly provided. It gave the impression that tips were expected before the work was actually done, which felt unusual."

"We loved our stay here so much. We don't think there's a better hotel we could've chosen for our stay in Alanya for this price. Our apartment was perfect, with a small useful kitchen that has all you need, a balcony and a very comfy queen bed. It was clean and cleaning staff came by every day. The towels could've been changed more regularly, but for us this was not a big issue. The pool and restaurant at the hotel were amazing too! The staff was very kind and helpful, they made sure to help us with all we needed during our stay. Greetings to Nihat from Mr Charisma! Thank you for a beautiful stay - we definitely recommend this hotel! :)"

"The staff!! Very rude reception staff, one man in particular who checked us in was actively hostile - he doesn’t have good English and was extremely rude when I couldn’t understand him. The first room I was allocated when I got there was dirty (bin overflowing and beds had been slept in). They changed my room at my request but it is worrying that I could have been checked in to a dirty room. The waiters at lunch/dinner are constantly harassing any women and making inappropriate comments and trying to get their phone numbers. The ‘lifeguards’ at the pools are rude and unhelpful (particularly the man with dyed blonde hair)."
