"Hotel is very close to beach and in the heart of Alanya. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaraunts, bars and shops. Also in 35 minutes on foot you can find an amazing port with a lot of lights and fountain. I also liked a SPA in the Hotel, the food and staff. My number had a stunning view to the city and mountains. And also there are many beautiful and mice cats on the hotel territory. You also can drink any tasty and sweet alcohol cocktails or coffee and hot chocolate."

"In the middle of my vacation when I returned from the beach my room card stopped working. I didn't know what happened and wasn't awared about it in advance. But when I came to the reception they said that my block is closed due to the end of the season and I was moved to the another block and new room. My new room was even much better that the previous one. So, everything was ok. But I was confused from the first time."

"The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything necessary. Small balcony with nice view. The cleaning lady provided us with fresh towels every day. With the all-inclusive package, you can get drinks at the bar almost anytime, and the pool was also very nice. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The only thing missing was real orange juice for breakfast instead of the ready-made ones. Apart from that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mustafa, who was very welcoming and very talkative. We really enjoyed these small conversations. The location is great as well – right in front of Cleopatra Beach and only a few minutes by car or bus to the city center."

"The rooms could have been cleaner when we arrived, and it would have been nice if water had been provided in the room or minibar during the whole stay. The beach itself is nice, but be aware that it’s very rocky with sharp edges, which makes it quite hard to enter the water and the waves are very strong."

"Shame the pool was not in use as out of season but understandable. The balcony door needs fixing as latches broken. The curtains are terrible. Need new window covering as curtains come of rails and impossible to fix."

"Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got the rooms we wanted (next to each other and as low as possible as we requested). We arrived at night and the reception was good. 👍🏻"

"The beds were really bad to sleep on because the springs could be felt through and the pillows were rock hard. However, the cleaning, sheets and towels were changed as they were supposed to be. The food was average, some days better and a little repetition was noticeable during the week's stay. The breakfast was a big plus and the "snack bar" offers were also really good, although almost the same every day."
