장점:
"Location, facilities, staff conduct"
단점:
"The standby generator operated overnight (I guess when ZESCO power supply was interrupted). The noise was quite intrusive. Consider back-up power supply e.g. solar with adequate power bank capacity to support only essential services/appliances (fridges, lighting etc.) during night hours. This will ensure nights are quite and operational costs will likely go down from reduced diesel usage. The other thing that could be considered (to reduce carbon footprint operational costs) is phasing our printing (of invoices, receipts etc.) and adopting electronic documentation/filing instead (via emails)."
