"The front desk did not understand any English even though it says online that they do speak English. Using translation apps is good as long as it’s understandable. Since many tourist groups come to this hotel, we each should be encouraged to learn the basics in English and Mandarin."

"The reception staff speaks English. The room is clean and quiet. There are good breakfasts on the second floor, including European dishes (for an additional fee of about 10 euros). The most important thing: they accept Visa and MasterCard."
