Fairmont Beijing is the first luxury hotel in Greater China under AccorHotels to have installed the latest air purifying system. Guests can relax at the indoor swimming pool, check e-mails at the business centre, or arrange day trips at the tour desk. The hotel also provides daily newspapers and luggage storage at its 24-hour front desk. The CUT Grill serves delicious steaks and seafood from an open kitchen. "We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the metro, which made getting around very easy. We also really appreciated the lounge access, which was very convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Some members of the staff truly made a difference: a special mention goes to Jackson from the lounge for his exceptional service, and to the lovely lady who took care of our room on the 23rd floor, who was extremely kind, attentive, and thorough."
"On the downside, the view from our window wasn’t great, as it overlooked a construction site, and since we spent there eleven days, this was a bit unpleasant. The rooms also felt a bit dated, and not everything was working perfectly. Despite these issues, the excellent staff and great location made our stay enjoyable."
"The room was huge! Even though it's a little dated in design, it still gave a premium vibe. Everything you need is provided. It even came with a full fledged massage chair which is a first I've seen in any hotel."
