"La facilité pour échanger avec Nicolas et toute sa compréhension. L'emplacement de l'appartement au cœur de Montbrison et à 150 mètres du marché. Des places pour se garer en bas de l'immeuble (Attention ce n'est pas une place de parking privative mais sur le boulevard). Appartement très propre et joliment decoré. Literie confortable et tout est fourni."

"The apartment is very nice and clean, the terrace is very spacious. The location was very quiet with walking distance to the bus directly to the city or to the beach. Jean and Rama were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking in the underground garage right in the building is also great.. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"This is a really super appt in every respect apart from the beds in the twin room which are children’s beds. We have stayed here twice now, the second time not using the twin room. It really is excellent but it it were ours, we could put two sturdier beds in the second room."

Une salle d'eau à chaque niveau a été très apprécié ainsi que, lors de la montée de la température extérieure, la fraicheur des pièces du rez de chaussée. La cuisine est grande, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La présence de places de stationnement non payantes à moins de 100 mètres est un point fort ainsi que la relative proximité avec la plage et la ville close de Saint-Malo."
