"This is an idyllic accommodation with the best and overwhelming host you can imagine! The multiple language speaking host (English, Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian and Greek) is so friendly and spends a lot of time with her guest. Sitting in the garden/on the terrace with two friendly dogs and two cats is very relaxing. The room is big with new furniture and well furnished. A fan and a washing machine is also provided. You can easily walk to the metro station on foot (5 to 10 minutes walking) and reach the city centre very fast."

"우리는 아르메니아를 가려고 했기 때문에 Folk Boutique hotel 위치가 편리했습니다. 호텔 옆에 바로 주차를 할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 로비와 복도에 전통 의복과 관련된 마네킹과 그림 등이 있어서 멋스럽습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었고 샤워실도 크고 좋습니다. 조식 장소가 호텔 테라스를 통해 외부와 연결되어 있어서 무척 멋집니다. 음식도 종류도 많고 맛이 있었어요. 좋은 호텔입니다."
