"The apartment is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very good and safe throughout our time there. The location is excellent—we were able to walk everywhere easily, which made exploring the area very convenient. The apartment is accessed by stairs, which is not a negative at all, but it might be useful information for future guests. It is a quiet place, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"Layla was kind enough to check me in very very early in the morning and make me comfortable so that I could rest after a long flight. The location is perfect, good value for money. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and hot water. Nice courtyard outside with some very friendly cats."

"I had a fantastic stay at New Gudauri Atrium Ski and Dream Apartments and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The location is excellent – right in New Gudauri, with easy access to the lifts, ski rental, restaurants, and shops. It made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. The building itself is well maintained, warm, and quiet, with lift access and good security. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Overall, a high-quality apartment in a prime location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri for skiing or a mountain break."
