"워터파크에서 아이들이 너무 즐거워했어요~ 슬라이드도 많고, 유수풀, 파도풀 모두 재미있어요!! 그리고 음식이 전반적으로 괜찮았어요~"

"객실이 생각보다 지저분했어요. 욕실도 지저분했고, 타올이 너무 오래된 느낌. 하얀 수건이 누렇게 보였어요. 침대는 편했어요. 그리고 방음은 진짜 안좋아요."

"The water park was really good for the kids, plus the kids entertaining was really good and kids really enjoyed it. So if you have kids they will love it."

"The bed was really uncomfortable and hard. The food wasn’t very good in main restaurant, but kids enjoyed the snack bars. Also find it hard to book in the other 2 restaurants they have has was told to book 48 hours before wanting to go but when we went to book on the Sunday was told there was nothing until Friday or Saturday night. But we were leaving on Friday morning."

"Room was cleaned every day. No que under breakfeast / dinner exept for crepes. Sunbeds always available. Good cocktails/drinks in the bars. A lot of greek food in buffee. Beautiful garden. Big room and working air conditioning. We got a room a bit longer from main building, the noice from the main bar you could not hear to our room."

"The beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Few small things broken in the room when we arrived but fixed the next day. Bedsheets was not changed in a one week stay. All day same foods got a bit boring. No one told about the hotel activities when we arraived. One tv showing them in the lobby. Kidspool had the coldest water to swim in. Al a carte restaurants bad. Both of them had only fries and nuggets for the kids. And two choices for adults. Our kids would have loved the kids disco but the music was so loud on the stage thad even for an adult it was to loud."

"The food is horrible, the only thing I could eat was chips, the rest was disgusting and very poor quality. I paid for all inclusive, and ended up eating in restaurants outside. The staff very rude with clients. The only crew nice were the recreational staff. Cleaners very rude even with a sign outside the door saying to don’t enter, they knocked the door once and entered the room, I was with underwear only!!! The reception smells like a public toilet! I won’t come back and won’t suggest to anybody to go!"

"Very cold water in water park (we were in the end of October) impossible for children to use , no hot water in shower in aqua park. No laundry in hotel but there is one laundry close to the hotel. No transfer from airport"

"The food and beverage was fairly good. There was not a great variety for children 😔."

"Despite a specific request for a quiet room, after we had a major issue last stay, we got a very noisy room. The manager said it would not be noisy, yet it was very bad. Next, the bed was with dirt on it and housekeeping did not straighten the beds daily."

"The food is very good - amazing selection. Breakfast was average but everything else we were impressed with. The whole hotel is just lovely, nice beds and rooms. Waterpark is fab. We stayed early Oct and it wasn’t busy at all during the day. The artist in the hotel is absolutely insane and I highly recommend him. We had a family portrait done and it’s brilliant! He’s outside the arcade area."

"The sunbeds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried and as such we didn’t use them. We sat on chairs. Spoilt the holiday. Some people used inflatables on theres. It’s definitely put us off returning which is a shame… Evening time it’s hard to find a table and chairs anywhere outside unless you eat very early and then go out. Shower was awful in and room and just dribbled.."
